Kielo Smith

I call what I do “Acoustic Dad Rock”.  I sneak in a couple of originals, but mostly I do acoustic covers of songs by Tom Petty, Neil Young, Van Morrison and such.  I also do some Foo Fighters, Coldplay, Tears for Fears and Hootie and the Blowfish.  Depending on the crowd, I’ve been known to sneak in the theme songs from Scooby Doo, Spongebob and “Smelly Cat” from the TV show “Friends”.

June 22nd – 5:30 pm-7:30pm

Lance Robison

Robison’s vintage easy going folk is seamlessly seasoned with classic pop-rock, trop-rock and western styles that take the listener into a realm that seems familiar but never predictable.  Robison’s god given gift is his instantly identifiable voice, which resonates like a James Taylor, Boz Scaggs, Jimmy Buffet cocktail with an occasional dash of Dylan, Lennon and even Mike Love thrown in when needed.

June 29th – 5:30 pm-7:30pm

Louis Ortega

Although best known nationally and internationally for his unobtrusive yet fortifying guitar licks and the warm, smooth vocals behind such groups as the Sir Douglas Quintet and the Texas Tornados (Freddie Fender, Flaco Jimenez, Augie Meyers and Doug Sahm), Louie Ortega can and does stand on his own as a singer/songwriter/guitarist.

July 6th- 5:30 pm-7:30pm

Brittain & Silva

If you haven’t heard their sounds, imagine if Jimmy Page and Bill Monroe had a love child and that child grew up in the 60’s and 70’s honing his musical chops on acoustic instruments.  The result would sound a lot like Brittan and Silva

July 13th- 5:30 pm-7:30pm

Pete Pidgeon

Appearing on one Grammy Award-Nominated project and landing 12 Grammy ballot appearances, international recording artist Pete Pidgeon’s “credibly original approach,” as praised by Rolling Stone contributor Jesse Jarnow, is rooted in multi-stylistic stories of perseverance and rejuvenation – reflections of Pete’s true-life experiences. Pete’s “progressive Americana songwriting” combines deeply poignant lyrics with the complex harmonic structures of Joni Mitchell, feel-good R&B undercurrents of Bill Withers, and spiritual ambiance of classic Yes. He can flexibly play American roots one night and neo-soul the next, delivering diversity with authenticity.
